We supply SiC fines with SiC content from 85% to 98% for refractory industry. We can make them to customers’ required sizings and chemical specification.

 

SiC coarse splits with SiC content from 92% to 98% are Barmac products with grains in cubic shape which provide a good flowability.

 

These 2 products are available for foundry application which are SiC88%, 1-5mm and SiSiC60, 1-5mm. SiSiC60 is a pelletized product. Since the raw material is a by-product from solar industry, the pricing is much lower than regular SiC88%, 1-5 while the performance is equivalent to or better than regular SiC.

We have abrasive SiC available for blasting and other applications. Grits are from F20-F240.

SiC dust is a kind of material for applications in filters and refractory. We are capable of re-processing them to be low in iron, free carbon and gassing.

 

Jet milled SiC, 325M is best for making SiC shapes and other applications like filters.

 

Pan milling provides best shape for SiC grains. Grains are in rounded shape which provides a very high loose density of SiC materials.

 

We provide low iron SiC for customers which require iron content to be as low as less than 100ppm iron.
